Pros

Incredible balance of high performance, data driven, continuous improvement operations with high care, inclusive, supportive culture. Some of the strongest leaders I have ever worked with.

Cons

Decentralized operations sometimes create less then optimal redundancies among operating companies.

Pros

Love that ideas can be shared and considered. Strong leadership. It's actually so nice to be close to many senior leaders that are visible and available. I don't feel that happens at many companies. Positive culture and always continuously improving to meet the needs of our customers.
