I love working here! Some big pros for me include: - flexible working environment (especially as a parent) - heavy emphasis on VES (formerly DBS) - opportunity for advancement - working with such intelligent people - truly values diverse teams
Cons
Not many cons, but here are some to consider: - As is typical today, this is a liberally-leaning company. Some people with more conservative views will feel some pressure to stay silent on their differing views - Workload balance can become overwhelming for people who struggle to say "no" - Pay is a little low (mid-range) for the industry. However, higher performers tend to be paid more
