Good culture, plenty of opportunities for advancement, and of course the samples.

Cons

Suffocating corporate presence. They will cheap out on every aspect and see how much they can get away with. A lot of the time their decisions make no sense and only cause more problems, they also just show up at random times and get the golden treatment to prevent more stupid decisions.
