Pros

Discount on cannabis products 40% in house and 25% from others. Tips make up for making less than industry standard.

Cons

Over worked and understaffed. Which os great for management because they get a "stretch bonus" which I believe is we are so stretched thin they make money for the persons not working. No pay increase in over a year. Tips are often miscalculated and either you don't get them or they take them out of your check without notice. Management is rarely there and communication is not passed along.

decent healthcare, many good frontline people that care about what they do and how they do it, great products made by CPG facilities and flower growers

Cons

Executive management as SO FAR REMOVED from the realities of what is actually happening and needed in the stores. The y literally DO NOT care about those making the biggest impact. Their marketing is out of touch and loses the company money with steep discounts.
