Help paying for graduate school Continuing education monthly for free/have had a couple prominent researchers in the field come into our center Lots of help starting out as a BCBA with competency based feedback Company events Mentorship program

Cons

Field-work can be a little lonely Not much PTO, but flexible hours on a month to month basis

Pros

The company is working hard to develop leadership skills at all levels, provides ample education opportunities, and really works with each individual employee to meet individual and company goals. I left another ABA company and there is such a difference in the support and training I have received here. Definitely an amazing place to work!!!

Cons

Overall, it can be difficult at times working in this field, which is important to remember. I do feel this company is implementing good systems to help relieve burnout.
