      Pros

      Available to transfer to other States.

      Cons

      Promises made and not kept in regards to money. Won't live up to obligations. Will do bare minimum for employees, sometimes falling short of even that. Then will get the run around to fix their mistakes.

      Flexible with remote work and schedules Autonomy People work as a team Great people in the office C-suite is friendly and approachable Meaningful work Opportunities for growth The culture is what you make it. In my office if it wasn't for certain individuals who throw potlucks and events, we probably wouldn't do much together.

      Cons

      Constant acquisitions Health benefits aren't good Hard to go to HR or Benefits because they are always traveling or overloaded with work (not the people's faults, just something employees notice) ELT and OLT tend to throw a bandaid on everything for temporary fixes Even if you did well for the year, your raise is a low percentage

We are actually in the process of adding to the HR team as well as making sure we are focused on the important things that support our employees. Concerning our benefits, we committed to, and are in the process of, a complete RFP process for our health plans for 2026.
