I work at cbec (now Verdantas) - at cbec we have amazing coworkers and lots of flexibility

Cons

consulting can be a difficult industry - worrying about budgets and time is an inherent part of the job

Pros

The company is very inclusive, and focuses heavily on diversity. Their policies are very employee-friendly and their leadership team makes the effort to keep employees well-informed about what’s going on with the company.

Cons

I felt very micro-managed by my Manager. She would ask me to take initiative but then would be heavily involved when I attempted to work autonomously. I didn’t feel like I could grow professionally in that environment. Also, the team as a whole was nice but certain members of management were not as welcoming or helpful, which was surprising given the department.
