Pros
The company truly does walk the talk in putting their employees first. I have been through a few rough patches with company cultures elsewhere, but Verdantas deploys many different employee-centric programs and benefits to help folks feel engaged, connected, and valued from top to bottom. The executive team lives what they preach and are always willing to hear feedback of how the company can improve. Employees treat each other with respect and there is a general feeling of inclusion and good humor amongst the vast majority of employees.
Cons
The company is growing very rapidly, both organically and by corporate acquisitions. With that comes hiccups with administrative red tape and sometimes leads to slow internal processes.
