3yAfter some discussion, we have determined that our Director, Talent Acquisition did not write this review. As a growing company, we are deliberately focused on building a people-focused culture. We are also actively working on adding to our staff to create more balance for our employees. In the meantime and in addition to balance and time away from work, we provide flexibility for people to take care of personal interests and needs in addition to work responsibilities.
