Pros

The employees truly care about each other and about our customers, and tend to stay with the company for many years. The atmosphere is more like a family than just a place to go to work. Work-life balance is great and the managers have an open door policy that makes sharing your opinion a reality and a valued part of the work experience.

Cons

As a small company, salary ranges are not the highest, but the other benefits and the company atmosphere are more important than just earning a fat paycheck....you can do that anywhere and still be miserable!

Pros

Very flexible in how you are managed. Fun environment and not uptight the least. Big time opportunity for advancement and financial rewards provides multiple opportunities to be successful. Management is in tune with the day to day activities, but not over your shoulder which contributes to an innovative environment.

Cons

Product is still maturing, but there is obviously a concerted effort between management and R&D to deliver on the vision of customer success, teamwork, and stable, profitable growth.

Worked with some good folks (Which have since all left or been terminated)

Cons

Top leadership are out of touch with reality, drink too much of their own Kool Aid. People are treated like commodities. It's not about the Customer but about the cash.
