Pros
A great place for a short term of employment, would not recommend staying for more then 2+ years. Friendly Co-workers.
Cons
Verian has an issue that a lot of companies have; they are poorly mismanaged. Decisions will be made at the top that will leave many people confused and left questioning their importance. People will be moved from role to role or not properly giving the permissions or resources necessary to complete their work. I have also seen first hand shaddy tactics when it comes to the bonus structure or commission payouts (Do not get this in your contract!).
