-work/ life balance -family atmosphere -tries to be forward thinking (erg’s, executive transparency) but it’s not authentic

Cons

-no vision for the future when direct mail is declining, digital technology is not unique nor do they see strong results/ performance -new HORRIBLE bonus commission structure, reason why most sales left -did not treat their employees well in the pandemic -all of their digital thought leaders and executives have left

Not only have they let go a large percentage of their workforce, they’ve reduced our salaries, taken away 401k indefinitely, if you try taking PTO they furlough you and are asking you to take on 2-4x the workload with zero indication of future growth in the company. Leadership is extremely biased and plays favoritism and less than transparent
