      Decent benefits, able to leave job behind at the end of the day

      Cons

      Do not value employees at all, constantly cutting costs at expense of employees, out of date equipment, penny pinching despite owner being worth billions

      Diverse Product Portfolio, Results Oriented, Benefits, PTO, Work From Home.

      Cons

      Continual senior leadership changes. It's only getting worse and the weak survive. Very political. Don't get on the wrong side of senior leaders or write your career gone. Management team checks boxes to satisfy senior leaders. Management manages up, scared to speak up and correct issues or lose their jobs. Digital or Print...they don't know who they are; lack the ability to sell integrated solutions. Most current senior leaders have CS backgrounds and have never sold. Days of great commission gone.... Run and don't look back. It is greener on the other side.

      Upper Management imposes Insane micromanagement to the regional level which filters down to field sales. If you are new to field sales don't believe the b.s. about "team effort". Leave now while you still can. If you have been there for a while make sure you keep your prescription up to date.
