      Flex Time, interesting work, the people.

      Cons

      Too much middle management whose expectations seem unrealistic and without warrant. Cliquish among management and within corporate.

      Pros

      Competitive salary, good work life balance. You own your developement. Make the most of getting in front of your leaders with ideas/solutions.

      Cons

      So many projects going on, hard to tackle all the company intiatives and show progress. Hard for employees to know really where to put their energies.

      Pros

      Casual workplace. Flexible work schedules. Most of the other pros have been cut already. These pros that are left are subject to change with the new ownership.

      Cons

      Shrinking business somewhere between beurocracy and death in the corporate life cycle. Poor morale from wave after wave of reorgs and layoffs. All of the Great Places to Work awards of the past are in the past.
