Pros
Flexible work place, you can work from home if needed, great people to work with. Great to get experience with managing clients, presentations and interacting with internal stakeholders.
Cons
Poor work life balance in some areas, impossible performance goals/ reviews, many leaders never did the job of those they manage and yet they review your performance. Benefits are decreasing since Harland Clarke buyout (holidays went from 12 to 8 per year, paid time off lumped together with sick and personal time, health insurance cost skyrocketed, can't buy additional vacation days anymore, work hours went from 8:30am-5pm to 8am-5pm.) Lots of layoffs/ job security is low. Promotions go to favorites vs. hard / smart workers. Little room for growth and development.
