Pros

None anymore. pros use to be the health benefits and better raises good teamwork on 2nd shift

Cons

Overworked employees Underpaid longtime employees 2% raise is a literal insult ,disgrace, humiliation, slap in face and complete slave pay Very Unhealthy ventilation systems that cause very unhealthy health risks due to bad asbestos of long time exposure to unhealthy levels of dust and Unknown unhealthy particles in the ventilation systems by company and owner of the building. Extremely poor disgusting unsafe and very dangerously unhealthy sanitation and plumbing systems that need massive overhaul by company and owner of the building Dangerous and extremely deadly ice issues in winter time and lack of better improvement for a safe company property by company and owner of the building Company Will pay better for new employees, but not for longtime employees that company doesnt care about losing their best longtime employees Complete Lack of 40 hour weeks Sales, regional and corporate executives are not improving cmpany as a whole except the printing numbers and digital marketing and screw everything else Unsafe equipment and dangerous conditions of lack of proper maintenance on certain equipment. Management and upper maintenance management created a extremely dangerous situation that was to cause any employee or person who works in those positions to be at risk of being hit by a forklift no matter how safe the forklift drivers are and those working in a tight space only meant to serve for egos of management that causes more issues than anything and those employees have to deal with it when as a former worker , they couldve made that situation better by placing certain equipment in a better spot to avoid accidents injuries and to a safer work environment and to make employees work safer smarter than harder unsafe and working in tight situations with forklifts yet all employees there have said it was only done just for upper maintenance ego and for management to allow employees to work in such tight dangerous situations that could result in management forcing Employees to deal with while they get alk the protection to protect themselves from lawsuits with h.r.

Pros

Sometimes you work with great people.

Cons

Constant mergers, they offer no retirement, they do not match your 401k by any percentage, they always expect you to do less with more without a raise even though your annual reviews are excellent.

Pros

Benefits, Work/Life Balance. Things were great when I started....

Cons

...then the ownership started making changes. There was a clear lack of direction from former upper management when I left, although I've heard there is new management now. Their answer for everything seemed to be to apply more pressure and micromanage your every move.
