Game room, free food a lot, stocked fridge

Cons

*Micromanagement, overloaded on clients, so disorganized. Work all the time, and the only thing you get for finishing your work is more clients. The management doesn't know what they are doing and the product is a sham. Meetings scheduled all day so no time to do work.

- micro management - empty promises and daily miscommunication - no opp for career growth - teachers pet type of culture - lousy raises - expensive health insurance - no job security (lots of outsourcing and layoffs)

Benefits are decent, PTO is good, some good people do exist.

Cons

Negative old school environment. Don’t want innovation. Have a serious culture problem. No room for growth or pay increases. Keep laying off people. Leadership doesn’t come around to figure out what the problems are. They just cut costs. Don’t put their employees first.
