Digital innovations are really good and our analytics resonate with clients.

Cons

The compensation for sales is capped and the downside is unforgiving. If you are 90% to your quota, you only make 20% of your variable compensation. On the top side, you hit a ceiling if you sell too much. What in the world were you thinking when you put this plan together?
