Pros
They do give out free lunches from time to time. Either for employee appreciation, or when someone actually retires. Plus give an extra 15 mins for those lunches. Recently the gave out an extra 5 min for first break. From two tens to one fifteen and a ten plus the 30 min lunch break. They do give out an extra ten for when there is two hours of overtime after first shift. They do allow people to come in early for overtime.
Cons
high turnover rate, constant overtime due to low staffing. Some positions require a lot of manual labor for one person. Need to be physically fit, or close to it in order to get through the two week training. There are times where management places the new hire into a position that their not ready for causing them to quit before the first two weeks. They do that due to the fact that there are not enough people to run the machines within the weekly time limit. Their health insurance package is a joke. There is a 2k deductible in this package. Even if you go for the most expensive package they offer you still have a deductible. Plus the most expensive package is too much even for the salary based office workers. There is possible some favoritism going on. One person was about to be fired for something they didn't do. They ended up finding another job. The situation was perpetrated by one of the managers, and another co-worker for reason unknown. Possible to make sure that a status-quo stayed in place. The one worker who quit was doing more then they were expected to do possible making the other co-work look bad.
