Never a dull moment

Pros

This place is like no other. I've worked at many many many different types of jobs in lots of different places, and VF has them all beat. The environment is fun yet professional, co-workers are easy to get along with and befriend, managers rock, and the perks are extraordinary. I wanted an office job, and I got way more than just an office job. It's amazing and each week/month, I never know what to expect. Great things are here and Great things are coming!

Cons

We need to go from drinking Monster to Redbull because there's nothing better than getting your WINGS!! ;)

Pros

I love coming to work with those who I consider friends as well as coworkers. The management really cares about each individual's success and does their best to ensure that their employees are happy. Sometimes this means free pizza or Dutch Bros! :) Not only is the pay good, but in my department, we have some opportunities to earn bonuses on top of that! I can't say enough good things about this place!

Cons

The only downsides that I can think of are to make sure to keep your monthly numbers up and to BE ON TIME. If you're even a minute late, it's not good. That being said, most of the managers will still work with you and help you figure out how to be on time.

Pros

Verified First provides an amazing environment where your success is a priority to everyone around you. You are given the tools and resources to do your job and when you have input to share, you are not only heard but are taken seriously! Though this company is growing (and fast might I add) you are not just a number. The support is outstanding! This is definitely a place that fosters professional AND personal growth!

Cons

I live a little far out in the country so the drive is a little less than desirable but not near enough to turn me away.
