No clear leadership from middle management and vice presidents, lack of communication, lack of internal promotions as they always tend to hire from outside which leads to high turnover rate, low morale

No good reasons anymore. The company used to be market leader. The only thing that keeps it as a player is few good individuals.

Cons

Wrong strategic decisions taken 2-3 years ago make dramatic impact on company's performance today. Market price is down by half in one year.

Unlimited vacation, that's pretty much it.

Cons

Extremely poor company organization, management not understanding the product, and the company not understanding what their customer wants. From the top down all management, communication between teams and product timelines are extremely chaotic. It's just too many cooks in the kitchen and too many micromanagers chasing their tails.
