Nothing is there, no team outing ,no team lunch nothing to learn.Management always thinking about how to save the money, how to do cost cutting. No development works for permanent resource, no training for any technology, technology using is JDK1.3. Attrition rate is more than 100% in this company. Management is changing the rules and regulations time to time.
Cons
Here nothing is to learn, life is to fix the bug. Seniors not getting proper respect. One senior manager is there , he is playing lot of polities (strength gaining) and making this company as a hell. He has some spy and he is running the company with these spy. If he not like you he does not speak to you and tell you to leave from the company. All the development work is outsourcing and nothing is there for learn. At the time of joining they will tell u will work on new product , please don't beleave them and please don't spoil your life and career. If you work here one year you will become mad.
