      large company, brand recognition, decent benefits, great people in mid-management and below

      extremely high stress environment with very little reward, out-sourcing as much support as possible, no appreciation for a job well done. God forbid you have a good idea or make suggestions. Sell, sell, sell...we'll make sure it works later

      Family like informal work environment. Very friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Senior manager at Bangalore literally converted a product company like environment to a pure offshoring shop. Does not have any clue of technology, but likes to comment like an expert. Does not promote an open work environment, just manipulates people to get some work done.
