      Very challenging work place requiring creative ways around problems. Interesting collaboration with global teams. People who are working on projects really have an impact to the product.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits package is not competitive. Office needs investment as employees are being shoved into conference rooms for cubes. VPs want things done with no investment.

      Pros

      Everyone is being nice and helpful to each other, though there may be time when we argue over some issues for the on-going project. Flexible working hours. Interesting and challenging field issues reported from time to time and required to be resolved within short timeline. Self-funding and organised team building strengthens the bonding within the R&D group.

      Cons

      May need to work overtime sometimes. Forced to take time-off twice a year. Company's re-structuring is causing uncertainty to job security. Lack of career growth.
