      Pros

      If you like challenges & can work independently, this may be the place for you. If you prefer to be on home ground most of the time & minimal business trip, depending on your position and role, you may have the chance to travel out of the country once in a while.

      Cons

      Lack of training & advancement opportunity. Some method of work is still very manual which is counter-productive in the dynamic, fast-paced environment. Room for improvement: cultivating a warmer and more friendly work environment and employee development.
