      Only good thing is plenty of support from onsite team

      There are plenty. Micro management Poor project decisions No work life balance Blame games are at peaks Note: Company fires 2 times a years atleast no matter how hard you work. You are always in danger zone. Doesnt matter if you are a new joinee or decade experienced. So before you get inside be ready and brace yourself to get fired.

      Pros

      2Checkout has great smart people and you might find challenging and interesting projects to be a part of. It used to be a truly rewarding place to work. Verifone doesn't make it a good placed to work.

      Cons

      Upper Verifone management, late calls with NA teams, constant sense of urgency, constant layoffs and low job security. Sometimes bonuses are offered for past year performance, but if you decide to leave the company to have to give the bonus you received back, even though it was for the activity you did in the past.
