Cons
Bootlickers are given importance. Anyone raising his voice for a better product or a change in strategy is sidelined or fired. The mgmt is totally clueless. They fired the entire dev team when an old man living in norway lied about the product. Later when they realized that the product is valuable, they hired twice the number of contractors giving them more than thrice the salary to do the same job which earlier employees were happily doing. totally useless management
