I was in an excellent team dedicated to work on regional payment solutions projects. It was the most cooperative team and one of a kind director i had to chance to work with. Location of the office(in Istanbul) was also amazing.

Where to begin, -Worse senior management i've ever seen -Loyalty is not a concern, senior management positions usually offered to people coming from other companies. -Only focus is so called client and their counterpart sales teams -Enginnering staff often think they are useless since there are no place for them in long thank you e-mails or in employee awards
