The only pros is that you can come at any time to office whether 12 PM or 2 PM .

Cons

There is no growth for the people in general . You can not grow professionally here much . Not much exposure. Senior people talks to junior of taking ownership but you will never see them taking the same. They will behave that they are the coolest guy but in reality no. There is lot of favoritism. In general hard work is never valued . You need to be in certain list to grow . Otherwise you are stuck . They lack transparency . You will end up fixing the issue round the year .

In the last period on my employement there were no pros indeed.

Cons

Total absence of management. No businness developing nor understanding. Heavy load of work to few people, while other people playing Candy Crush on Facebook almost all the day with awareness of middle and top managers. Many people without real skills employed. No career path: project managers taken from Ingenico instead from employed developers. Technical director taken from other department instead from technical one.
