Great people, challenging work, elastic work hours, free parking, health insurance, international clients, good working conditions, free coffee and bottled water

Cons

Working in cubicles, no gym, not in the centre of city. I actualy cant think of any other cons to fill in.

* Leaves, Fixed Salary, flexible timings

Cons

* If you are lateral hire, you will forget all your tech skills within in a year. No technical growth. After some time, you will be introduced to layoff fear from the management. * One of the worst HRs I have ever seen in my career. Rude and negligent and more over lazy. Just throw her away. She fits for nothing. * No need to have technical competencies for your survival in the company just you need to know buttering the managers. There are so many guys with zero knowledge (Including the Team Leads) who just survive with this techniques for years with huge pay package.
