Pros
The employees and management are my family. This is a Job you stick with for a while. The benefits are great and Its in a new industry where you truly get to be a positive guide for people who have suffered from so many different things. The mindset is always positive in house and everyone looks out for one another, drama happens naturally but in no-way is it often enough to complain, we are very fair hard working dedicated people.
Cons
At times management and consultants can have a great divide between them if there are any general mistakes made. Its hard to grow if you start as a consultant, Sometimes you can feel a very clique like vibe from management, which makes it hard to move up. Hours run late. we are open 7 days a week and your schedule isn't entirely up to you. Be prepared to work nights on weekends. Do not work here if you have children or value a lot of family time. The Corporate entities are an absolute joke and the pressure to make things right falls heavily on the managers. (who honestly handle it very well) However the company as a whole at leased in NY basically pretend like they know what they're doing when they don't... and it costs a lot of money - In which then corporate will make decisions like firing good workers because they had a blow to the budget due to their own mistakes.
