Pros

A truly fantastic and unique Company - a place where you have the opportunity to build something great from the ground-up. The opportunities to grow professionally here are limitless - with that, you have to be motivated and work hard. This isn't a company where you can get by doing the bare minimum - the most successful people are passionate, respectful and motivated to do good work.

Cons

Not a "con", but a word of advice: This industry requires individuals to be problem-solvers and adapt to change quickly.

Pros

Everyone is passionate about the work the company is doing, and the end product of my hard work is rewarding. The company is growing quickly and there is a lot of opportunity for additional responsibility and advancement if you're good at your job.

Cons

It's fast-paced and challenging. It may not be an industry for people who don't care about working hard and being really good at their jobs.

Pros

Great camaraderie between employees. Facility is new and clean. 20 days vacation per year for the first year is unprecedented in corporate America.

Cons

The number one fatal mistake is the moldy cannabis produced by this company. By not making the necessary investment in equipment to control the high humidity and temperature, this company will not survive. Moldy cannabis will not be tolerated in this rapidly changing industry. With summer around the corner, expect another terrific crop of moldy, pest ridden cannabis. Management unfortunately does not know what they are doing. From a personnel standpoint, Many of the personnel decisions are inconsistent and irrational, further aggravating the bad operational situation, and creating bad morale in the employees.
