Pros

Free snacks and beverages for employees

Cons

All of it. It’s smoke and mirrors during the interview then when you’re hired you see the real story. Deceit, forgery, falsifying records and people crying behind closed doors on a regular basis. Spending massive amounts money on parties then telling employees they don’t get a bonus. If you’re a woman there, forget it. The glass ceiling is maybe 5” tall. Plus don’t ever stand up for yourself or you’ll be shown the door. Women should be seen, not heard is the motto here.

Pros

Exciting growth into new markets! In the last year the firm has added strong talent in all areas of the firm. There continues to be a lot of opportunity for those who work hard and are committed to the firm and want to grow in their careers. Open door policy through-out the firm. If you want to talk to someone at the senior level, they are willing to hear what you have to say. Very rewarding to know you are helping people live a better quality of life through your work.

Cons

For those who don't want to be in a fast paced, dynamic environment, this isn't the place for you.

Pros

$15/hr starting pay. Literally no other pros to be had.

Cons

No chance of raises or promotions ever. Management is confrontational and doesn’t want to listen to new ideas and suggestions for improving the company. They have failed dozens of tests for mold and even salmonella and E. Coli. I don’t know who they paid to give them 5 star reviews on here but this company is terrible. It’s supposed to be medical but the product they produce is actually toxic. They aren’t helping anyone, they are in it for the money and seemingly endless investors. Look elsewhere where they will value you as an employee. This place has to have THE HIGHEST turnover rate in this industry. You will be fired for little to no reason and they will hire one of the other thousands of applicants waiting in line. That’s exactly how they think
