Get to work with great people in the industry, but the company lacks vision.

Pros

You’ll gain retail and cannabis experience. Co-workers are fun and supportive. Product discounts are alright.

Cons

The company wants to sell cannabis without the consumer knowing it’s a cannabis company. Target older demo who don’t know much about cannabis but could care less about the younger demo. Very plain and vanilla cannabis company. Focus more on retail side than cannabis side of business. Lack in communication within the company and silly changes made almost daily because management can’t agree on things. GM will never work busy days/nights. Business is the slowest in the Illinois cannabis market. Lack in social media and marketing and dispensary designs.

Pros

At the Lancaster location there are no cons

Cons

There are no pros so every reason to work here is a con. It’s cliquey and run by morons that not only shouldn’t be managers but shouldn’t even have jobs. People at this location have been fired for running through each other(managers hooking up with their subordinates) but the company won’t fire anyone unless it’s public and they are forced to or if they don’t like you. The store manager has a babysitter from another store because they know the manager shouldn’t have that job but don’t want to deal with it. As a manager at my current job I wouldn’t even hire them to be regular workers at my store.
