      Great work-life balance but pay and security concerns

      Great work-life balance Very good teammates

      Cons

      Pay has fallen way behind after acquisition and merger, does not help the situation that raises this year were very minimal across the board standard insead of performance based raises Uncertainty of job security with more layoffs expected after the first round Very little chances of career advancement and proper upskilling

      Upper Management is unaware of day-to-day effort, employees are just a number, will restructure every spring immediately following FYE

      Competitive compensation, decent health benefits, PTO and company holidays are above average

      Cons

      Upper management communicates in vague, corporate jargon. Will receive praise up until the moment they let you go without any warning. Constantly fluctuating structure, company does not consider client impact with product roadmap and timeline.
