      Not the best communicators

      Pros

      People were cool, company switched to remote policy after seeing the increase in production quality during lock down.

      Cons

      Laid off, very little empathy from management, you are just a number. Also i was offered the job verbally during the interview, then had to wait for almost a month to receive the offer letter with little to no communication on what was happening.

      Great until laid off suddenly

      Collaborative, friendly, and respectful team environment, supportive supervision, strong commitment to training

      Cons

      I'm glad I found out about the layoffs through my team's Teams chat instead of finding out when the actual video call happened. I would not have been ready for the shock.
