      Pros

      Arguably the best employer I've worked at. Management is transparent, the pay is competitive, and the work doesn't lead to burnout (but still allows me to learn). I've been here close to a year, and have no desire to look elsewhere.

      Cons

      The general bureaucracy can sometimes be a little burdensome, but that seems to be the going rate for most orgs in the industry, so I can't fault them on that.
