      Great if you want to just get on with work and not be bothered

      Pros

      A lot of autonomy and trust to do your role as you see fit. Not hammered about revenue targets, only what seems right for the customer.

      Cons

      Not great communication for remote workers. Feel like you're kind of left to your own devices. I didn't have a 1-2-1 for 11 months before I left. Upper management doesn't really get involved or know what people are doing in their roles. Felt like I was flying solo for a long time. Our company was acquired by Verint, so they can definitely do better at incorporating the people their acquire.

We do have a quarterly ‘all-hands’ meeting where the Verint leadership team communicates key information and invites questions. That said, we agree that some employees can find remote working more challenging than others, especially for new starters who have been unfamiliar with hybrid or remote working. As part of our solution, one of the new initiatives we’re introducing soon is a buddy scheme.       A steep decline from a formerly great place to work

      Pros

      Remote work is fantastic. Really solid, smart team members who are open, happy to help, and genuinely care about co-workers and clients.

      Cons

      Poor leadership/constantly rotating cast of leaders, unwillingness to implement employee feedback, lack of transparency due to being a publicly traded company, complete ruthlessness and lack of empathy across leadership organization
