      Pros

      Fun place to work, lots of cool and fun people to work with. Cool offices. Lots of monetary benefits. Better health insurance than other companies (told by colleagues who've worked in more companies)

      Cons

      If you join as someone with less than 3-5 years of working experience here you won't get good increment unless you're absolutely exceptional. Or atleast in the Bangalore office.
