Cons

No new technology to learnt, Management based on fear & terror, ridiculous manager's decision on tasks and resource assignment, and too much micro managing people tasks. How do I can settle my own target if they keep sabotaging my time or resource with their own target? If you are married and your wife is carreer woman, and you works on my department, you better find different company. Otherwise, no quality time for family. Even if you are willing to works extra miles, at the end of the time you got nothing just because little mistakes or your boss have different plan!
