Pros

The salary is good, the job is challenging and you get to work with a lot of different companies.

Cons

The workload can be overwhelming. You may juggel 20 or more customers at one time and they all are top priority. They are offshoring a lot of positions, not good for internal workers, not good for customers.

Ability to work from home. Good percentage of travel engagements. Good salary. Good benefits for employees even outside the US.

Cons

A lot of internal bureaucracy. Complexity for simple process. Sudden corporate mentality that affects long-term employees. Extreme difficulty to move through career oportunities within the same company, especially when moving to a different location.
