We're delighted to hear that you value the flexibility of working from home and appreciate the supportive team environment and teamwork. Creating a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere is something we remain absolutely committed to. We also acknowledge your point about the limited in-person interactions. While remote work has many advantages, we understand that some employees may miss face-to-face connections. We're continuously exploring ways to foster more meaningful engagement, whether through virtual initiatives or occasional in-person events, to maintain a strong sense of community. It does also mean we truly value the experience when we do come together.
