      Company policies are great. Company culture is wonderful. Love to work with the co-workers and with other team members on different products. We have great HR's and top-class Management. Professional development is there with the organization. Learning Innovative technologies like Bot Technologies leads us that we are working in competitive world

      I don't see any Cons. One of the great place to work. The work life balance is good!

      Pros

      I feel supported by my manager and higher level leaders - many times leaders have been generous with their time and advice. Our team really is one of the best in the business, it's rare that you come across a Verinteer who isn't friendly, warm, committed to what they're doing, and willing to help! I get a lot of autonomy and am able to select the places that I want to add value. I get to work from home (though do have the option of an office if I want to collaborate face-to-face), which gives me the flexibility to enjoy less time commuting, and more time with my family.

      Cons

      Process and people bottlenecks can slow us down. Usually that's okay, But there are moments of frustration.
