      Love my peers and their hard work and the work hours are very flexible. Close to home and commute is stressless.

      Cons

      Mediocre benefits and salary lower than market rate. Lack of career path and training/investment in employees. Little opportunity for promotion and development.

      Too many silos. Not geared toward providing good customer support. More interested in selling licenses. Don't understand the Managed Services business. Very little cross-team communication
