      Good solutions and some good people (most of the good people have left or have been fired)

      Cons

      A private equity firm (Thoma Bravo) purchased Verint in 2025. They are running the company into the ground FAST. Avoid at all costs until at least 2028.

      Fantastic People and amazing work/life balance

      Cons

      Just got acquired and laid off a large portion of their sales department, new leadership means new goals. New leadership has poor communication skills.
