      Good company but be ready for change, lots of change.

      Pros

      The organization offers a variety of options for people in the software industry. You can grow your career (although slowly) there, but do not look to the company for mentoring and development. That's up to you and your willingness to find outside development opportunities.

      Cons

      The company would benefit by adding some stability to how they approach the market. At least once a year there is a product renaming effort, regrouping of products into new solution sets and that creates the need to retrain sales teams, support teams, marketing, basically all the organization on what they now call product X that used to be known as product A.

      Great work environment but not so great compensation

      Pros

      Has a good work-life balance. Flexible work hours. Good managers. Financial support for college education. PTO increases by the amount of time spent in the company.

      Cons

      Slow to adapt to changes. Compensation is average, not that great. Have to use PTO for winter break. Compensation increments aren't that great. No sick leave have to use PTO. Limited carry-over of PTO with expiration in 3 months.
