      Good People Stuck Behind Substandard Products

      Pros

      Generally good people to work with. Decent benefits. Opportunities to move into different job functions.

      Cons

      Stagnant product, not enough innovation, all the money goes into the call center suite which leaves their voice of customer products languishing behind. Overpriced health care benefits which are twice the rate than I've had at other employers for the same coverage. Raises given as stock grants which they then take away when you leave, so don't really get a raise at all. Leadership messaging is opaque and isn't realistic. HR is completely incompetent.

      Pros

      Room for growth, opportunities to gain experience, great co-workers/team, diversity/ERGs and company activities available. Innovative mindset which allows ideas/collaboration.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Wish PTO carried over or was unlimited to match other companies. Sometimes , depending on team, workload can get heavy.
