      Pros

      Great Leadership at the top (Dan Bodner and Elan Moriah particularly, I have tremendous respect for these men). A truly important product line that helps the world be safer, and businesses be more efficient

      Cons

      The pressure to grow in an increasingly mature market is straining the company. As the company has grown, there has been a revolving door of outsiders in senior management who don't understand our business. Management exerts unreasonable pressure on Prof Services Human Resources has virtually disappeared in regard to employee support. Management has become virtually hostile to employees.

      Pros

      You can always find a co-worker to share horror stories regarding how poorly managed the sales organization is. Misery loves company.

      Cons

      The normal turnover rate in the sale organization is about 60% annually. My group is at 100%. Sales is regarded a necessary evil. Confusion and chaos reign supreme. Every problem is attributed to lack of sales training and you will be sent back to sales 101 training if you complain since YOU r the problem

      Pros

      The products have a good future in the market. Lunch is provided once a week, employees are nice, they encourage donations to outside organization in needs. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      Career is immobile. Poor training, no work life balance or internal advancement for honest workers. Current management is incompetent and rude, and if one person in management dislikes you , you are guaranteed to never advance because management stick together against employees no matter how good the employee(s) is or are. Prior management years ago was way better.
