Terrible culture

Pros

Flexible approach towards market requirements - as long as they honor their words. Salary fairly competitive, no real glass ceiling (apparently) and you can over achieve and believe you will be rewarded

Cons

Half baked strategies, changes all the time. supports people in bullying others who has no connection into the ”inner circle”. Superiors with vested interest to protect their own skin or their preferred people and practically gets away with their blatant sabotages. Not a place you want to grow your career in. Makes employees “leaders” in name in order to accomplish targets but in reality slaps their employee into submission with their autocratic ways. Very unprofessional in the way they threaten their customers into businesses terms and conditions. Terrible work life balance.

Pros

Good compensation package with a balance between pay scale and benefits including PTO.

Cons

Company environment is not very conducive to remote employee's. The company has become publicly traded again and appears to be promoting itself for a purchase. The focus is not customer driven for satisfaction but for sales dollars. The feel of the company is now very superficial.
