1.decent salary and bonus. 2.good benefits like rsu and espp. 3.good company if you are in retirement mode. 4.good HR policies.

Cons

1.IDC (India development center) managers are horrible,incompetent and technically challenged. 2.Although it's a product company but you will never feel so.Managers never take any stand against their US counterpart.Your primary job will be "to make happy your US counterpart". 3.Managers have no respect for their reportees. 4.Work is not challenging. Although they hire senior engineers but work can be done by even freshers.

Salary wise the company is descent. They give lot of freebees. Us mgmt don't have any issues regarding what you need.

Cons

No great work Indian management is utterly bad.
